Castings are manufactured from a variety of sand moulding processes, selected after giving careful consideration to the material, quantity, size and application of the final component.

Both box, and boxless, moulding methods are frequently used, and a wide range of moulding boxes are always in stock.

Each grade of metal is produced from specifically purchased ingot stock, and, as such, can be fully traced to source.
